The Challenge' is a project set up in conjunction with The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, Norfolk Constabulary, RAF Marham, The Discovery Centre and Youth Services. It aims to give boys aged 14-16 from across West Norfolk the tools to positively impact their lives and realiseand reach their full potential, plus gaining a short course qualification in ASDAN.

As part of this project candidates attended 6 structured sessions focusing on raising self-esteem and building confidence, increasing team work / working together, improving health and fitness, and raising aspirations / planning for the future. In addition to these sessions the project included a four day residential trip to RAF Marham where personnel delivered a military style boot camp.
